What is Pilates?

Sessions

Stephanie is a Pilates instructor. Each hour-long pilates session includes Stretching & Core Strengthening. Each session begins with a warm up and stretching and always ends with a cool down.

Her Pilates sessions are always on a 1 on 1 basis in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
